Our refund policy at Wise Mind Tuition Centre aims to provide a fair and transparent process for our students. 

If for any reasons Students fail to attend and no reason is given it is obliged the Students must Pay for the service booked as this affects Staffs who was booked for sessions. Unless otherwise if Students are for unforseen circumstances cannot attend then We at Wise Mind Tuition Centre will rebook with no extra charges.
